Design grounded in clarity, context, and construction.
Archdrafts was built around a straightforward idea: good design should be thoughtful, practical, and well resolved. We approach each project with attention to the larger concept and the details that ultimately bring it together.

Approach
Clear in concept
We establish a strong design direction early so the project feels cohesive rather than assembled one decision at a time.
Practical by design
We consider construction, project requirements, and real-world constraints as part of the design rather than treating them as something to solve later.
Resolved through detail
We carry the larger idea into the proportions, materials, openings, and details that ultimately define the finished project.

Luciano Santos
Founder | Principal Designer
With more than six years of industry experience, Luciano Santos has worked across residential, multifamily, commercial, industrial, governmental, institutional, and educational projects throughout Florida and beyond. His background combines formal training in architectural design with hands-on experience in fabrication, construction, and project delivery, giving him a perspective that connects design thinking with how buildings are actually assembled and built.
Luciano approaches design by looking for clarity in the overall concept, then developing that idea through proportion, context, material, functionality, and constructability. He pays particular attention to how individual design decisions contribute to the larger composition, with the goal of creating projects that feel intentional, cohesive, and carefully resolved.
